Follow these steps to avoid misalignment:

1. Long-press your Lock Screen until the wallpaper editor opens.
2. Pick your wallpaper (Home or Lock Screen).
3. Adjust using these gestures (thanks to @heyeased):

   2. Swipe up
   3. Turn off blur
